The purpose of this form to ensure we have all the information required to either provide a cost estimate and book an appointment for you. All the information requested allows us to clearly understand exactly what tattoo you are after, and to ensure little to no miscommunication.

Other things to note:

  • If you have already sent a message to your preferred artist, please do not complete this form and wait for them to reply. This will avoid us from doubling up on your enquiry. Please note it may take a little longer for the artist to reply.

  • If you submit this form, please do not message your preferred artist directly, for the same reasons mentioned above.

  • Our trading hours are 10:30am to 6pm, Monday to Sunday. We will respond within these hours.

  • Often an internal consultation process takes place when reviewing your enquiry, so it can take 1 to 2 days before we respond to you. Thank you in advance for your patience.
